How much are the shipping costs?

Basically, a flat rate of CHF 9.00 is charged per package. For very large packages, other rates may apply. For orders over CHF 50, we ship free of charge.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, as soon as your shipment has been sent, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?

The first step is to check whether the delivery is already on the way. You have received an email with the tracking code. With this code you can track why your delivery has not arrived. If your delivery could not be delivered for any reason, please contact Swiss Post or DHL and have your tracking number ready:

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

In this case, please contact us by email at info@funwheel.ch In order to report damage to the carrier, we always need pictures of the damage.

To which countries is delivery possible?

We deliver our products exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Can I pick up the ordered goods?

No, ordered products are only sent by post.

Do you run a shop?
