How much are the shipping costs?
The following flat rates apply to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- Standard Shipping: CHF 5.90 for order values under CHF 50.– (2–3 working days)
- Standard Shipping: CHF 8.90 for order values from CHF 50.– (2–3 working days)
- Express Shipping: CHF 12.90 (1–2 working days)
- Bulky Goods (very large packages): CHF 26.90 (1–2 working days)
For orders of CHF 199.– or more, shipping is free for you.*
*Valid for standard shipping only. Express and bulky goods are excluded.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
How should I proceed if my package does not arrive?
The first step is to check if your delivery is already on its way. You received an email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track why your delivery has not arrived. If, for any reason, your delivery could not be delivered, please contact Swiss Post or DHL and have your tracking number ready:

How should I proceed if my package arrives damaged?
In this case, please contact us by email at info@funwheel.ch. In order to report damage to the carrier, we always require pictures of the damage.
To which countries is delivery possible?
We deliver our products exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Can I pick up the ordered goods?
No, ordered products are sent exclusively by mail.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not currently operate a physical store and only offer purchases through our online shop https://funwheel.ch/.
