What are the shipping costs?
For deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the following flat rates apply:
- Standard shipping: CHF 5.90 for orders under CHF 50.– (2–3 business days)
- Standard shipping: CHF 8.90 for orders from CHF 50.– (2–3 business days)
- Express shipping: CHF 12.90 (1–2 business days)
- Oversized (very large parcels): CHF 26.90 (1–2 business days)
For orders of CHF 199.– or more, shipping is free for you.*
*Applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping and oversized parcels are excluded.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?
The first step is to check whether the shipment is already on its way. You received an email with a tracking code. You can use this code to find out why your delivery hasn’t arrived yet.
If your delivery could not be completed for any reason, please contact Swiss Post or DHL and have your tracking number ready:

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

To report the damage to the carrier, we always require photos of the damage.
Which countries do you ship to?
We only deliver to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Can I pick up my order?
No, all products are shipped exclusively by post.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we currently do not have a physical store. All purchases are made exclusively through our online shop: www.funwheel.ch
