Measuring head circumference made easy

1. Place a tape measure (or string) horizontally around your head, about 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.
2. Read the measured head circumference in centimeters or measure the length of the string.
3. Select the appropriate helmet size according to the measured size.

Note: For intermediate sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger helmet size. Different paddings ensure that the fit can be optimally adjusted.
