Measuring head circumference made easy

1. Place a measuring tape (or a piece of string) horizontally around your head, about 2.5 cm above the eyebrows.
2. Read the measured head circumference in centimeters or measure the length of the string.
3. Choose the appropriate helmet size based on the measured size.

Note: For intermediate sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger helmet size. Different padding inserts ensure that the fit can be optimally adjusted.
