The Trail 4 from ACADEMY is a specially developed 20-inch children's bicycle for children aged approximately 6 and up. With an especially lightweight aluminium frame and ergonomically adapted components, it is the ideal support for children transitioning from their first bike to a sportier model.

The low weight of just 10.7 kg makes the Trail 4 one of the lightest kids' bikes in its class. This makes it particularly easy to maneuver, accelerate, and ride uphill – ideal for young riders who want to gain more independence on two wheels. The narrow Q-factor bottom bracket width ensures that the pedaling motion is optimally tuned to a child's anatomy.

The high-quality Vario stem is infinitely adjustable in height and length, growing along with the child. This allows the seating position to be perfectly adjusted. With its child-friendly V-brakes and ergonomic saddle, the Trail 4 is perfectly equipped for small everyday adventures – whether on the way to school, at the playground, or on the first longer tour with the family.

Assembly

All ACADEMY bikes are 80% pre-assembled. Only the pedals, handlebars, and saddle need to be fitted. We recommend checking the brakes before use and readjusting them if necessary. We recommend having the bicycle assembled by a bicycle mechanic.
