1. Place a measuring tape (or a string) horizontally around your head. Position it approx. 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.
2. Read the measured head circumference in centimeters or measure the corresponding length of string using a ruler or folding rule.
3. Based on the measured head circumference, you can now choose the appropriate helmet size.

For intermediate sizes, you should always choose the larger model. Most helmets come with different pads, which can be used to optimally fill any gaps.
