Step-by-step instructions

1. Place a tape measure (or a piece of string) horizontally around your head. Position it approx. 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.
2. Read the measured head circumference in centimeters, or measure the corresponding length of string against a ruler or folding rule.
3. Using the measured head circumference, you can now choose the appropriate helmet size.

Attention

For intermediate sizes, you should always choose the larger model. Most helmets come with different padding, which can be used to optimally fill any gaps.
