Step by step instructions

1. Place a measuring tape (or a piece of string) horizontally around your head. Position it approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.
2. Read the measured head circumference in centimeters or measure the corresponding length of string on a ruler or folding tape measure.
3. Based on the measured head circumference you can now choose the appropriate helmet size.
