How do I measure head circumference?

Step-by-step instructions

1. Place a measuring tape (or a string) horizontally around your head. Position approx. 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.
2. Read the measured head circumference in centimeters or measure the corresponding string length against a ruler or folding rule.
3. You can now choose the appropriate helmet size based on your measured head circumference.

Note

For intermediate sizes, you should always choose the larger model. Most helmets come with different pads, which can be used to optimally fill any gaps.
